Taqby is a pure Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing automated procurement intelligence, tender document verification, and semantic compliance scoring.

We do not manufacture or ship physical merchandise or tangible goods. All platform features, deep forensic audits, red-flag reports, and tender radar alerts are delivered electronically via high-availability cloud infrastructure.

2. Merchant of Record & Payment Methods

All international customer orders and subscriptions are fulfilled securely by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited, London, UK / Paddle.com Inc., Delaware, USA).

Customers may pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, and wire transfers across over 220 countries and territories.

3. Delivery Timeline & Access Fulfillment

• Instant Access: Upon successful checkout completion, your subscription tier is immediately upgraded and corresponding audit quota is provisioned to your account without delay.
• Electronic Invoicing & Tax Receipts: Paddle.com automatically issues an itemized digital sales receipt and VAT/sales tax invoice complying with local tax jurisdictions sent to your billing email address.
• Customer Self-Service Portal: You can view billing history, download past tax receipts, and manage your payment methods at any time via paddle.net or within your Taqby Dashboard under Settings > Subscription.

4. Payment Security Standards

All transactions are handled on PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure with 256-bit TLS encryption and mandatory 3DS 2.0 biometric cardholder authentication. Taqby servers never store or access raw card details.
